Wilfred Taylor writes (and draws) as follows :

During March 1993. I had published in 'The Strategy' newspaper the following challenge to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia: (That challenge was not accepted by the Bank.) I now put out the very same challenge to the Directors of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Quote:-

Can you imagine that Australia's largest Bank.. 'The Peoples Bank' is afraid to accept a challenge from an aged pensioner?"

I put out this challenge to the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

If you consider that my allegations against you and your chief manager are false...meet me in court and settle the matter once and for all.

Or are you going to hide behind the law which is protecting you?

End of quote.

Having tried in vain to obtain a court hearing for over six years. I was forced to drop the case as I ran out of money.

WHY DID I RUN OUT OF MONEY ???

Because you and or your chief manager, falsified my accounts and under duress and the threat of sending me bankrupt, forced me to sell 51% of my business to a person whom you stated had means the bank required, but in fact was a well known con-man, and your investigations of that person and his companies were negative, while at the same time you refused me my right to sign with a company of well repute, then you appointed receiver/managers to my business when I reported to you that that person was robbing the assets of my business. You took away my right to earn a living. Sold off my assets without a court order while I was trying to obtain a court hearing… you were afraid to meet me in court.

Are you now prepared to meet me in a Court before a jury of my peers as required by Law ???
