Samy is physically and mentally crippled and will have life-long problems resulting from sexual and physical abuse during his entire childhood.
The Supreme Court of NSW found that, though the Department of Youth and Community Service was negligent, the link between negligence and damage can not be established therefore compensation is not paid.
A case of severe sexual and physical abuse of a child, very well documented over 2 decades, published in reputable newspapers of Australia and well known to legal professionals and government authorities, and to a broad range of politicians, including the present Prime Minister of Australia, has been finally buried in that nobody has been found guilty and no compensation has been paid.

 He spent "his life time" to build up a brick manufacturing business. When he informed the bank about a potential Japanese investor, the bank called the receiver in, although the business was not insolvent nor being in default of any payments. His business, valued at $85 Million was sold for $3Million. The new owners: His previous business manager, his former solicitor etc. and the bank manager is sitting on the board of directors of his business. The bank now started bankruptcy proceeding against him and his family.

Tony is one of many victims of the State Government of NSW's failure to apply the law and enforce the building regulations of the Local Government of NSW. The Government and the Local Government knew that the foundations of his house were inadequate because the house was constructed onto uncompacted fill.
His complaints and evidence of corruption within the building/insurance/Local Government sector forwarded to the Australian Government have not resulted in anything.
Many other victims forwarded their claim to the Australian Government and consequently a Government Agency, the Building Service Corporation (BSC), was set up to hold an inquiry into those complaints.
The Australian government refused to honour the BSC inquiry recommendation to compensate Tony for the damages he suffered.

He trusted his solicitor and investment advisor, whom he knew for 12 years. His trust cost him his house and his lifetime work and achievements. He was not the only one who has been defrauded by the same people. The police refused to investigate the fraud.

Barbara and her husband owned a flourishing business and assets valued millions. Their signatures were forged on bank documents. The police refused to investigate the fraud, although the fraud was so obvious because even the names were spelled wrong in the forged signatures.

A business couple spent millions of dollars to build a 24 hours entertainment centre in northern Queensland creating future jobs. They borrowed $1 Million to finish the centre. The lender did not release the pay out of the loan accordingly to the loan contract and therefore the people were unable to meet their obligation. 6 weeks before the opening of the centre they were bankrupted. The lender walked away with all their assets. Many jobs were lost. The government was "unable" to help! These people are not the only victim of this lender.

Another case of a migrant who experienced the Australian courts which do not seek the truth and where victims are punished instead of the offenders. He was badly injured in a car accident and walked out of the court with a judgment ordering him to pay all the legal costs. Despite of the medical evidence (approx 20 medical reports) he received no remedy for the injuries and damages he suffered.

Numerous cases where people lost everything due to the failure of State and Local Governments to apply and enforce planning laws, environmental protection laws and building regulations.

Numerous Child abuse cases where relevant government authorities were negligent by failing to protect the children and where such failures were covered up to protect the government agencies.

Alarming rate of bankruptcy cases showing that liquidation proceedings are abused to asset strip people and businesses

Courts hearings in the absence of parties. Court hearing went ahead despite the court was informed that one person was in intensive care in hospital because having suffered a heart attack a day before an important hearing.
In other cases parties to proceedings were simply not informed about hearings but the courts heard the matters and made orders against the absent parties.
